The COVID pandemic has forced everyone to conduct business virtually from presentations, coaching, to negotiations. In this webcast, Melinda Mitrovic and Greg Cieply, who are distinguished Toastmasters, will show you how to enhance your virtual presentation and communication skills quickly through:

  • Learning self-hypnosis techniques to eradicate virtual/in-person public speaking nerves,

  • Acquiring tips for delivering compelling virtual presentations, and

  • Adopting leading practices to engage online audience effectively to get your point across.

Speaker Bios

Greg Cieply, Distinguished Toastmaster, has been an active member of Toastmasters International for over 15 years, serves as Division Director, and currently a member of two Chicagoland clubs. He is a Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Greg has a deep passion for seeing people overcome their fear of public speaking and reaching goals they never thought possible. He loves having a positive impact on over 300 speakers, as well as growing leaders who make a difference in our community and the world.

Melinda Mitrovic is the founder of Epic Communicators and an Area Director for Toastmasters International, an organization that promotes public speaking and leadership skills. She has been a member of Toastmasters International for nearly 26 years and has mentored over 350 speakers. Melinda has won numerous speaking awards and Toastmaster of the Year for outstanding communication and leadership skills. She enjoys giving back to the speaking community and enhancing people's lives.
